Natasha Mutai, Executive Director of Knight Frank Kenya, heads this department, an integral part of the portfolio of services offered by Knight Frank Kenya. She has over 15 years experience in the construction industry with 9 years project management experience at Knight Frank Kenya. She is a registered Quantity Surveyor and Member of the Architectural Association of Kenya. She also holds a post graduate degree in Construction Project Management from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. She has managed various projects including the development of several new residential complexes and office buildings from inception to completion, several corporate office relocations and the expansion of a university campus. In addition to these traditional services, she has provided construction scheduling services to the FBO for the new US Embassy in Kampala, Uganda and site acquisition services for Safaricom (Vodafone) in Kenya. She has also lectured for 4 years at the University of Nairobi’s Real Estate and Construction Management Department.
