Since the mid 1980s’, Knight Frank Singapore has spearheaded many firsts in the industrial space arena such as the introduction of the first high-tech industrial complex, New Tech Park at Lorong Chuan, a forerunner of the business park concept in Singapore.
The team was engaged from initial study, concept designs to marketing and on-going management and successfully leased the entire development to leading multi-national high technology companies. The team even sold the entire development at S$310 million when the developer decided to divest his investment to Europe, reaping a handsome profit in excess of S$150 million for the owner.
